Shifty and rude cashier upstairs

点评：Absolutely disgusted in the staff member at checkout upstairs. My daughter asked her if she can leave her full basket at the counter as she forgot to buy something as she got to the counter.
When she returned to the counter and paid for her goods she thought it was more than she calculated as she is careful with her budget.
She realised that there was an extra $20 item in her bought goods that she definitely did not put in her basket.
She told the cashier that she had not put that item in her basket and did not want it and requested a refund.
The cashier refused and said no refunds.
When my daughter said she hadn’t left the store and did not want it the cashier said bad luck and called her a tourist.
We have been coming to Bali and Sanur for 30 years and every trip would easily spend over $500 in this centre including groceries.
They have now lost us as customers and will not return here again.
