点评：What an incredible experience…or experiences! Visiting the reindeer farm on the first day was delightful, and the reindeer sleigh ride through the forest and over the frozen river was enchanting and relaxing. The guided skidoo trip over the frozen river was great fun, but unfortunately no northern lights on show as it was too cloudy. The husky sled trip was fantastic and, after some great tuition from the guide, we were racing off through the forest and over the frozen river and countryside. The dogs were friendly but very competitive with each other, all wanting to be the fastest. We managed to see the amazing Northern lights on our second day there, after a short walk away from the village lights. Also tried the snowshoe walk. Special thanks to Rory and Sophie (the arctic fox) for all their input. The training for the cross country ski walking was superb too, thanks Mia. These trips and various trips to the village, the church and across the border back to Finland were all crammed into 4 days but were superb. Thanks to all the guides, leaders and of course the caterers at the accommodation 😍(actually in Karesuando, Sweden) for providing us with excellent meals (and plenty of it).
