Con-
This restaurant is not welcoming unless you have pre booked a table as they need to check they have enough food to be able to cater for you.
We showed up and there were 4 tables occupied and 3/4 restaurant empty. We didn’t have booking, was told by receptionist that we would be seated by the waiter as soon as he delivered water to a table. We asked 4 different people for a table over 20 mins whilst standing at reception desk. Lots of staff and no customer service. Even an old man who looked like the owner came out of the kitchen, looked at us and walked back into kitchen whilst we were waiting to be seated at the many empty tables. (Our mistake- should have left then).
Finally seated and ordered some share plates (from the handful of items we could order from). No food options for kids - only can order an overpriced “ham sandwich with packet of chips”- kids have seafood allergy and a lot of the adult menu was seafood. No kids menu, no basic dishes or salads or sides (sold out of everything except broccoli, at 11.30am!!, and even broccoli never came out!). Couldn’t even buy plain bread & butter for kids (age 10-12) as “not on menu”. Most menu items weren’t available (because they don’t stock ingredients there and we didn’t pre book our meal days ahead), food was good quality but expensive for the small portion sizes. They forgot to bring out one dish - we waited over 30 minutes after finishing lunch … the one my kids were meant to eat for their lunch… a simple side of steamed broccoli … which never came so we left.
Ordered kids a lemonade softdrink- 4 times- which never came in the 1.5hrs we were there. The staff had a tendency to disappear, and when we caught them they apologised and said they’d get right into it then disappeared again.
Unimpressed. Definitely won’t be back. We were planning on buying some expensive whiskey to bring back home but their such poor service and rudeness, we just paid for lunch (part thereof, told them we were paying for the items not brought out they tried to charge us for!), and just left.
Shame as it’s a cute pretty place and has soooo much potential.

给孩子们点了 4 次柠檬水软饮料——在我们在那里的 1.5 小时内一直没上来。工作人员有消失的倾向，当我们发现他们时，他们道了歉，说他们会马上处理，然后又消失了。
印象不深。绝对不会再来了。我们原本打算买一些昂贵的威士忌带回家，但他们的服务太差，太粗鲁了，我们只付了午餐费（其中的一部分，告诉他们我们要支付他们试图向我们收费的未端上来的东西的费用！），然后就离开了。
