Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and No Follow-up

点评：I had a very disappointing experience with this tour company. From the beginning, the communication was unclear, and unfortunately, the tour did not deliver what was promised.
Firstly, lunch was supposed to be included, and we were told another boat would meet us mid-morning to bring it. That never happened. Instead, we were offered to stop for food after the tour, which some people declined. Grabbing a taco on the roadside is not the same as having lunch on a boat or beach as part of the experience.
We boarded at 8 a.m. and were told the tour would go until 2 p.m. However, we were back before 1 p.m., cutting the experience short.
The tour was also supposed to include a marine biologist and shark guide who spoke multiple languages (English, Spanish, French, Italian) — this was completely missing.
I tried to communicate my concerns after the tour. While there was an initial response acknowledging the lack of clarity, there was no proper resolution, and my last message was completely ignored. It’s clear that customer service is severely lacking.
