点评：Beautiful trail with good signage and nice hanging bridges. Guide is not necessary unless you want to spot wildlife.
Do be sure to check locally if the trail is open at the moment. We took a taxi up from Boquete, which cost 20 dollar.
Because the road from Boquete to Cerro Punta is long, I'd recommend going up and down. We went from the Boquete starting point to Mirador Las Rocks, which was about 11 kilometer and took 5,5 hours. The first part is quite easy, then you get some very steep and long stairs, but the view is worth it.
Do note that you need to buy entrance online for the Baru Vulcano national Parc (5 dollar per person). You can find the website when you search for "ministerio de ambiente panama". Also be sure to do this beforehand and to make screenshots of your confirmation because there is no reception at the trail.
