Arrogant staff, not recommended to visit
ADAM Brussels Design Museum的点评
点评：I could give it zero stars, I would.
From the moment we entered, we were met with an arrogant and hostile staff member—a young man with long hair—who behaved as if guests were an inconvenience. He accused us of photographing and taking videos of him (which we weren’t), then denied us entry despite our valid tickets. His attitude was aggressive, rude, and completely unprofessional.
He demanded access to our phone to see the content which is invasion of privacy.
As we were leaving, he even attempted to close the gate on us, clearly with the intent to hit us.
This type of behavior is unacceptable—especially toward paying visitors there to review and enjoy the museum.
Avoid this museum. There are far better experiences to be had in Brussels.
