点评:When it first opened it was much cleaner and seats had no rips and wear, now it’s actually taped over!
The complaints I have read are actually truth, no direction, they expect folks to always purchase tickets online and so u r expect to simply know where to go and how to scan ur phone for ticket purchase.
I found no issue with any of this, just simple enough to figure out.
I also expect normal wear and issues with repeated seating hourly all day, 7 days a week!
Seriously!
My issues r:
Had trouble with reserved seating when purchasing online… more than 2X…. As uncomfortable as it was, they fixes it and replaced other patrons with seats they were eventually happy with.
My TRUE COMPLAINT:
3X we have ordered the seat side service of popcorn and drinks brought to u.
It’s an online service and since one must tack on an additional $1.75 per ticket purchases online to pay the “ connivence fee” it feels better to avail oneself of this simple order ahead service.
Every single time I’ve used the service, the movie has started before they arrive. The popcorn is cold, drinks r watery, and the extra butter added in Halfway when filling up…. Not only didn’t happen at halfway point…. It never happened!
How wonderful it would b to feel special at theater so that ur snacks were brought to ur seat?!
We were all so excited to experience thia the first two Christmas days . That’s our annual family movie day.
All 3 were irritating, first two times, the teenagers working said they had order ready once I checked so handed the food and Drinks over to me to deliver back to my family. That was super disappointing to my hubs in particular, who has set that particular part up as a surprise .
He enjoyed the idea that he made us all think he was not covering popcorn , movie theater popcorn is best popcorn in whole world… not including it in ur movie experience ia borderline criminal!!
He made us all think no popcorn… hoping to aupriae us when it was delivered.
Only reason our last Christmas movie for whole family (2023) was delivered is because after all movie credits (47 minutes worth) once movie actually started…. I got up to check on our online popcorn and drinks for 6 people ….
They tried to hand it to me to deliver , YET, AGAIN,
But
I told them to please simply deliver it soon. I saw all drinks ready and sweating … Ive melting, popcorn packed and gettin cold, candy in bag…. Simply no one to walk it to the 75 feet to our seats from concession ?!???

No food until 49 min past mkvue starting time, a few minutes PAST movie showing in big screen. That’s all commercials, previews, and safety clips! Almost a full hour past advertised move time and def an hour last designated delivery time for concession food!✔️
