Pretty Good Experience. I would use them again.

点评：pretty good experience. i would definitely rent from them again if I needed bike rentals.
I rented 2 e-bikes.
bikes were good but not great. you had to put them at the highest level (5) in order to really feel any motor assist. Levels 1-3 barely did anything. the bikes had the "mid-drive" motors which are good quality, but don't pack the power that the "hub" drive motors have. The bikes had no headlights or tail lights. Not a big deal because we only rode during the day, but lights should be standard on e-bike rentals in my opinion. Bikes were noticeably dirty when we got them. A bit disappointing. No big deal. Was fine - just something i noticed. They could have easily wiped them down in 1 minute. Tires were a bit low on-air pressure. Was ok, but I keep my bike tires at good pressure all time.
service was good. they helped up a lot and allowed us to recharge them during the mid-day if we wanted and they gave us a bike lock so we can lock them up and return them after hours and lock them up if the store was closed.
