点评:The soft play itself is quite nice although it's a shame the food is poor. The children enjoy the play structures and it has comfortable and plentiful seating.
The customer service however is appalling. We had the monthly pass and the company upped their prices by 50% without informing us. When I told them I wanted to cancel because they had breached their own terms and conditions by making a change without informing me, they sent me an edited screenshot to "prove" they had emailed me. I searched my spam and bin - I did not receive that email. In spite of this, they insisted that I had to pay for another month (at the higher price) and they would not cancel my pass effective end of that month in view of the miscommunication. I then told them I had cancelled my DD as they increased the cost without telling me at which point they cancelled my pass immediately, just before the bank holiday weekend, and told me "Jungle Mania reserves the right to cancel your pass at any time if there is an infringement on any conditions". I will never go to this place again and I would recommend others to avoid it. The one-off charge is exorbitant and the monthly charge ties you in to whatever they choose to charge you.
