Waveney Stardust的点评
点评：We took our dad, an avid sailor in his younger days, on the Waveney Stardust II today. To say we were blown away was an understatement. The booking was simple and the customer care both before and during the outing were brilliant. Gary was so warm and reassuring on the phone, and Derrick and John were friendly and relaxed as they skippered our excursion. The facilities on board were far beyond our expectations. A decent lift for boarding at the rear, a toilet with more than enough space for wheelchair and carer to manoeuvre, space at the rear for the wheelchair to be in open air during the trip if your loved one chooses, and such care and service of refreshments. To be able to give our dad, who has late-stage Parkinson’s and is wheelchair-dependent, such a peaceful, relaxed, and full experience of this part of the broads at this stage of his life is incredible. Thank you to all the volunteers who give up their time, efforts and expertise to make this experience a possibility.
