点评：We had an utterly breathtaking experience at Wadi Tiwi. Juma proved to be an exceptional guide, genuine, warm and effortlessly knowledgeable. His deep understanding of the region, combined with his passion for his home and for people, allowed him to lead us far beyond the typical routes, revealing hidden places we would never have discovered on our own. Throughout the journey, we felt completely safe and supported, yet he remained unobtrusive, striking the perfect balance.
He thoughtfully captured photos and videos along the way, leaving us with beautiful keepsakes of an already unforgettable day. One of the most memorable moments was listening to his stories of growing up in the heart of the wadis and getting to visit the small village where his family still lives. Their hospitality was remarkable, and the insights into local customs, alongside the most delicious authentic Omani food, made the experience genuinely enriching. As a final gesture of kindness, he even gifted us traditional Omani halwa, which felt especially meaningful.
In truth, attempting this alone or joining a larger tour would have diminished everything that made it so special. It was the authenticity, the intimacy and Juma’s personal touch that elevated this from a tour to a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We would highly recommend Juma at Wadi Shab Adventures!
