点评：This store is a staple every time my family and I visit Cape May. We go out of our way to get here a few times a year. We have been coming to this store since it opened several years ago. They always have great products and unique scents. While I can't comment any negativity on that I must say, the service and one older female was less then courteous!
I had a custom scent blended which I usually do. I tried a new fragrance this visit for the first time in a very long time. Once we got back to our car, I wanted to smell the scent. I sprayed it and noticed it was hardly scented. Tried another spritz and the same thing could not smell the blend. I went back into the store to ask if they could add more fragrance which they did... It still was not smelling right. It had barely any scent. The women decided to blend it with another scent, which on the scent stick seemed ok then when she made it, the mist took on a very odd smell. I said I would like the scent I usually get. A second later she rings me up for an entire new bottle. While there is no sign posted or did the WOMEN mention there was a charge, I said I don't want to pay again. I am not happy with the original mist I purchased. She told me AFTER THE FACT, sorry with all custom scents there are no refunds! Well sorry but the product was not wright perhaps the mist was too watered down. I said this is not right you could have told me before making a new scent for me and then trying to charge me another 20.00 dollars. So sad, I will not be back to this store, and feel cheated and taken advantage of. Your customer service is very poor. I will tell you, I am sure my comment does not matter but you need to let people know of your policies if this even is one! Buyer beware if you decide to get a custom scent made.
