Very enjoyable walk and close to Mussoorie

点评：I was here primarily for the bird watching which wasn't great but was made up for by the views and being able to walk the tracks at my own pace. Don't expect a big visitors center, you literally stop by the side of the road (refer photos). Guides are available- both English and Hindi which would add to the experience but I was there when it opened and before the guides arrived (you can book in advance to have them there when you want them). The main tracks are well signposted and you are loaned a map which made getting around pretty straight forward but if unsure/ not confident - get a guide. spent 6 hours walking all the tracks at a birders pace ie slow and the site is not for everyone ie some parts are moderately steep (not too bad) but they make this quite clear in their information and if anything they are a bit overly cautious. The views of the foothills across to the Himalayas are spectacular and worth the effort and monoir cost which goes into running the place
