Customer Service Very Disappointing

点评：My husband was basically called a “liar” by the cashier, in front of other customers, when she questioned me about the price posted on one Salt & Pepper set. $14.99. we understood, because it was a set and there was only one price tag that the cost included both the salt & pepper…she called out loud for assistance and the two cashiers were now laughing about the incident. I have done business in the Philippines for over twenty years with two of my businesses and have nothing but respect and positive feelings toward Filipinas ( my company has placed many of them around the world. These two are different as they were now laughing behind the counter I presume over the incident. I took it as very disrespectful. Not to be critical but this gal needs better training and knowledge of the products she is representing! . We are residents of Calgary and visit this store at least 5-6 times / year and it has always been a positive experience. We have purchased many unique items over the years there. This treatment was totally uncalled for. Total lack of respect for a customer!
As a point of interest we have purchased over twenty pieces from the
Jim Shore collection plus many other Christmas pieces over the years from your store. Time of incident was approximately noon August 8th.
