Fantastic Knuckles range trekking and birdwatching

点评：We wanted a mix of trekking and birdwatching, and that is exactly what we got! Well organized by Sri Lanka trekking who picked us up in our hotel. We got our guide Chandana, who is very knowledgeable, enthusiastic about finding birds, animals and fauna.
We saw so many birds, reptiles, snakes, deer, and more. Passing through Tamil tea farming villages, epic views and forests.
Chandana is very flexible in what people want to do and can adjust length and difficulty depending on clients.
On the way we stopped to pick up a packed lunch which was pre-arranged for our hike.
We got a good bit of rain the first day which did bring out a million leeches . On the way back we stopped a few more times to see birds and bats!
The camp was great for a good night rest and the food in the evening was made fresh by a local cook.
We look back on two great days. We could not be more happy with the way Chandana guided us.
