点评：16/2/24 - There is always one lift out each week. One recently for 4months. Then security stand there all day getting paid to cop abuse and direct people. Restaurants upstairs suffer as people don’t go up there. Elderly suffer because they are made to walk up ramps. They say they cannot leave them open as stairs due to safety but Westfield Parramatta can. Time has come to remove the escalators and install stairs. If it was free rent to tenants each time lifts out, they would be fixed in minutes. Upper Management need to step in and look at ways of fixing this issue. On another note, staff are pleasant.
18/2 another escalator out.
22/2, 23/2, 27/2, 28/2, 7/3, 16/3, 3/4, 5/4.
I have not updated for a while but the last month constantly out. Seeing elderly struggling is very sad. Serious risk with them walking up stairs.
16/5- broken.
13/6 x 4 broken. Fixed 14 and broken 16th.
20/6 and 21/6 broken x 2.
28/6 - still broken
30/6 - 3 out of 4 broken
4/7 - 3 out of 4
More elderly struggling up the timber stairs. Advise not to take elderly or disabled to this centre. If there was ever an evacuation it’s not practical or safe.
But cleaners do a great job at this centre
