点评：BEWARE OF THE PARKING SCAM!
I went there to buy a parking disc. When I got out 10 minutes later, they had already written the parking ticket! The parking man was nowhere to find - so it seems that they are aware that they are not doing honest business. That's a shame. What a way to treat customers.
I saw no signs driving in saying that they measure down to the minute - so if you need to buy a parking disc, then you better find somewhere else. You can't buy it here - or it will cost you 700. You have to be meticulous. I arrived at my car exactly two minutes after it was issued. If you instead want to relax and go shopping or want to visit a cafe, then I recommend somewhere else, where you don't have to have your guards up down to the minute - even when buying a parking disc.
When you do receive the yellow ticket - and they will find a way to issue you one - they offer no telephone hotline or information. Just the payment details.
