Stunningly beautiful cascading falls
Bruarfoss Waterfall 蒂芬尼藍瀑布的点评
点评：This is a gorgeous waterfall situated around 3km north of Rt 37 and is part of the Golden Circle that is a great natural attraction to visit if you are taking in the natural sights along this popular tourist route over the course of a couple of days.
There is a carpark is fair-sized and rates start at 750kr per vehicle. There are no toilets here unfortunately. From the carpark, you take a short walk of just a few minutes until you reach a small bridge from which you will see an idealistic blue water cascades and short falls.
Note: Bruarfoss is gorgeous and very inviting to close for pictures. Do pay heed to the warning signs, seems fatalities do happen here unfortunately.
Note: There are two more sister falls here that can be visited along with Bruarfoss if you have time and are into hiking. The trail beside the river takes you south to Miðfoss and Hlauptungufoss. We didn't know much about these falls so didn't have time to visit during this trip. Considering the beauty of Bruarfoss, this is something we'd highly consider doing next time around.
