点评:If I could give 0 stars I would. These people are worse than awful!! They don’t care about customer or the service, they are scum that only rely on trains not working and people having no choice but to use their coaches. The staff especially this woman (pictured) are horrid. We were told after landing at stansted at 2pm that we could get a 3:30 coach (as all trains were cancelled), we get to the queue at 3pm and the queue was insane. They were letting everyone join and buy tickets while in the queue. I asked this woman if we would get on the 3:30 bus and she said no we can’t because there are other people in the queue, but we were told our slot was 3:30 when we landed at the arrivals and we waited around for it otherwise we would have got a cab, got another coach service, got my dad to pick us up etc. the only response she gave me was a shrug of the shoulders and said other people have been waiting longer, she refused to help and kept shrugging her shoulders. Another man told me the woman at the arrivals desk did not say 3:30 when in fact he wasn’t even there and said she must have been confused and couldn’t express herself properly. Which was a lie. He then said she would have said we have to wait an hour and a half which we had at that point but refused to help, shock! We said we wanted a refund which he also refused to help with and told us we couldn’t wait in the queue for the bus, to which I said we won’t be and his response was “that’s perfect”. They are a joke, trust these bad reviews.
