点评:What terrible customer service! We arrived to use the lifts included on our pass from Chamonix. Apparently we needed some kind of QR code which we did not have and had not been emailed to us. It took us an hour to phone the Mont Blanc lift company to get it emailed. This was all in full view of the ticket office staff in Crans-Montana who were aware of what the issue was. When we finally got the email from the Mont Blanc lift company we went to the ticket office to get our Crans-Montana passes. At which point the lady informed us the lifts were all going to close due to high winds! They saw us struggling to sort out the passes as we were the only people there and did nothing to tell us. We travelled all the way from Chamonix to be treated like this. Awful customer service and at least I know never to ski here again! Utter rubbish service.
