Disregard for members

点评：This facility is extremely poorly maintained. Both the dry and wet changing rooms are consistently dirty, and the main pool floor—especially near the stairs—is unhygienic and in need of regular cleaning. I raised these concerns with staff some time ago and was told the cleaner was off and that the issue would be resolved. Months later, nothing has changed.
The gym is small, overcrowded, and there is rarely a trainer available to offer support. Despite paying a monthly membership fee, I was shocked to witness a family entering the swimming changing rooms without signing in or paying. I overheard a young girl ask her mother, “Mummy, do we not have to pay?” to which the mother replied, “No, we don’t need to pay anymore—they never check.”
When I brought this to the attention of the reception staff, I was met with a dismissive response: “This is a council-run facility—what do you expect?” They further explained that they are not allowed to challenge people, repeating again, “This is a council-run facility—what do you expect?”
Due to the ongoing lack of cleanliness, poor management, and disregard for paying members, I have now cancelled my membership and will no longer use this council-run facility.
