点评：After starting my trip planning, I researched transfer companies to transport my family of five (plus large luggage cases) during our travels from Disneyland Paris to Paris city, Paris city to Versailles, Versailles to Normandy, and finally a very early morning transport to the Brittany Ferries at Ouistreham.
The planning phase was a breeze. Even with several changes and time adjustments, the staff at VHP were courteous and efficient.
Our transfer drivers were all on time and professional - except the last one which was a bit of a hiccup in an otherwise perfect series of transfers. Our last driver seemed new and quite nervous. The van was not large enough for our luggage and he nearly closed the door on the wheels of our new luggage. He had car seats - unnecessary with teenagers.
Because the other drivers and vans were excellent, we can certainly overlook this small issue. He was on time and we made it to the ferry in plenty of time, even after a wrong turn. Perhaps he was just having a bad day. No worries.
We were very pleased with the overall service - from start to finish - and felt the value of the transfers was exceptional.
All in all we highly recommend VHP!
