Where do I begin?
Horizon Waterlooville cancelled our Direct Debit without any reason or communication (Probably they cant work work out how to press send on an email) and then took forever to sort it out. Even after eventually resolving it, my wife could not get access and this was the final straw.
We’ve had multiple admin issues throughout the year, and the staff clearly have no clue how to handle even simple queries (including reactivating a membership card). It’s frustrating, disorganised, and no one seems to take ownership of anything.
When you phone you can never get through and you get told only Tom can help you. Tom is meant to be a new membership salesman not a customer service member. When you need a manager, they run off!
The pool times are baffling – unnecessarily complicated and poorly communicated.
Yes, the equipment is decent. But it’s absolutely not worth the stress of dealing with their incompetent administration.
For your own sanity – do not join this gym. There are better-run alternatives out there.
