点评：I purchased a very expensive engagement ring from Pats Gems late last year.
Within 3 months, diamonds started falling out.
I contacted Kerrie the owner and have been trying to negotiate a resolution since then. I was advised by 3 different jewellers that the craftsmanship & design of the ring was so poor, that it had to be remade. The valuation of the ring, was also half of what I was provided! The stress of this, whilst trying to plan a wedding had been immense. I have had 15 text messages, additional multiple emails and phone calls screened and not returned. Deeply disappointed that Kerrie has refused to speak to me, or offer any sort of refund or compromise after I had spent thousands with her business! I have been patient and kind throughout this time and just want a resolution.
