Needs an Arrivals Screen Display with Platform number and expected time and delays

点评：I do wish they had a big arrivals screen so you could check if regional trains are delayed and which platform they shall arrive at. This information is not available unless you stop a member of staff and make inquiries. Staff explained they used to have an arrivals screen, but it was taken down because it was confusing people. If busy airports can show arrivals screens with clear information then I think Southern Cross would be capable of doing so too.
I was meeting my sister yesterday, who was traveling on the Albury train, and it arrived 50 minutes late. I was becoming concerned I was on the wrong platform and had to interrupt the gate staff twice to check what was happening
I also went to the PTV office outside platform 1, and the customer service staff were lovely and checked on the train's current arrival time. There is a screen in this area that has a section that shows the service level of regional trains, which said "good" and didnt show that the Albury train was running 50 minutes late.
I was also surprised to find the train arrived jam-packed with people. Many were standing for large parts of the trip all the way from Seymour!.
