点评：Myself and a friend booked a voucher for here for 90 minute treatments . They made a mistake and only booked one of us in. Tried to blame us until it was proved otherwise. we had to wait an hour to be seen because of this. they did give us a bottle of prosecco to wait with (on my friends smart request) but they also tried to tell us we could only have 60 minutes of treatments until I had to push back on this also. I felt bad for the lady as I know its not all her fault and she tried to help but it just wasnt good enough. I also then unfortunatley got a slight burn from the heated boot they put on me . They tried to tell me basically it was my imagination even though i yelped for them to take it off. there was no apology or anything . my baby toe was bright red after it. I didn't even complain before leaving as was frustrated by the whole experience and they made themselves scarce which was also poor
