点评：Being a potter has drawn me to Seagrove whenever I have a chance. Sometimes for two day stays. Have never yet been able to make one of the festivals..
Over the years fewer of the potters have their working studios open but personnell are very knowledgeable about the techniques and proceedures used. There is a full rage of pottery metonds used but a major focus on the historic NC pottery with a lotof wood fired pottery available.
The shops and studios are scattered over aver a large rural areaa---on many side roads. Amongst the patters there is one cast iron forge that is a bit ventureous. Not accessible if you are not quite limber and good balance. If you love handmade pottery and don;t need glizzy stores you'll love Seagrove
