点评：Ethiopia is a fascinating country deep in thousands of years of history. It's people generous and hardworking.
Awaze Tours gave us a comprehensive look of the ancient sites and churches, UNESCO parks/sites, lakes and mountains and in depth cultural and tribal life, how its people live, their history, and the current events. Our trip leader, Shimmy, well verse in history and current events, provided honest and deep discussions that enriched our experiences. We can't thank you enough for that.
We visited tribes in the south, ancient cities and cities in the north including the rock churches. What sites to behold - everywhere we looked, history and traditions overwhelmed us with a sense of proud, accomplished, and dignified people.
We were fortunate to have witnessed a rite of passage of a teenager into manhood. That was due to luck and great intelligence on the ground and work to get us there.
Awaze and Shimmy did an amazing job to ensure we got full and rich experiences as well as making sure of our safety. The teams (Shimmy, drivers and local guides) and back office worked tirelessly and seamlessly.
