点评:Booked T1 lounge in June, for December departure. Got a notification from airline in October that the terminal has changed from T1 to T2 because airport were doing works. Had to cancel reservation and there's no availability for December 25, which was our booking. Seriously, they didn't see this coming and they couldn't fit us in for Christmas day. There was a form to fill out to make the changeover. No response, called after a week. Told the form won't actually do anything, they will just cancel the booking and refund. Told to book it again, but no availability. Unless you want the new Aether option at a ridiculous price. Very poor planning from all sides and very disappointed with the Manchester Airport experience. This is starting to become the norm just lately. Improvements to the airport, should not mean poor experience to the people who use the services, whilst the changes are implemented.
