点评：Friday 31st July.
Got the ability to use this as part of our premium upgrade with Tui.
Food
Luke warm at its best for the breakfast, with some options not filled up quickly when gone.
Lack of glasses for orange juice, coffee machines broken.
Salt & pepper empty.
Services & Facilities
Not sure if they were understaffed, but areas were not cleaned effectively when dinners finished.Resulting in customers clearing tables, and slow turnaround for customers.
Food poor.
Drinks left.
No facilities to dry your hands, within lounge.Better options outside in other restrooms.
Overall
Would rather pay in a resturant and get better quality food.
Coffee machines broken.
Would not pay for this option if it was not included, within premium upgrade.
Staff at reception , well not sure what to say, really.
Customer service training would not go a miss.Felt like I was in morrisons cafe.
Staff working within resturant, even worse.
Would I not recommend , pay a little more for resturants, do not waste your money.
