点评：As an ultra frequent traveler, Escape Lounge T-2 Manchester gets my worst rating of 2026. Nothing makes sense. Look at photos to understand. 1) Massive queue to get in, loads turned away, yet not overly full. Get this….you check in with 3 people checking people in….then join queue 2 ! 2) But ONE person running around attempting to seat queue 2…no sense to that. 3) Food station has access from only one side of the food. No sense to that.4) coffee / tea / soda ….glasses and cups stuffed into a corner so you can’t get to them if someone is getting a soda. 5) place is generally dirty as staff can’t seem to keep up with the customers. 6) no toast! 7) cutlery stained, 8) Now the worst… the manager replies to the reviews! No idea why as clearly everyone ignored. If this was a football team you would fire the manager. Really awful.
