Poor service, subpar cooking class
Food I Am的点评
点评：We have been to some cooking classes at Food I Am and found they were quite disorganised compared to other cooking classes in other cities. The kitchenware was never fully prepared and it was always a scramble to get things ready. The instruction from the cooks was great though. Recipes were good and the ingredients were fresh.
The issue really has always been customer service. The problem is that there is no other good quality cooking classes in the Riverina. We have had a class changed before and it was difficult to rebook. We ended up missing the rebooked class because the confirmation e-mail was sent to our spam box and they were not forgiving about it. We ended up losing the money for the class. We had to take time off work for the cooking class as well that we ended up missing as the time we thought it was supposed to be held was different.
If you are stuck in Wagga and want to go to a cooking class, then go to Food I Am. Otherwise, save your money when you do go out of town and do a cooking class elsewhere.
