Breakout Escape Rooms and Board Game Lounge的点评
点评：I booked a party for my 12 year old son & asked if his brother who is 16 can go in with group to help out. Employee on the phone said sure no problem. When we arrive we are informed that a parent has to accompany kids in the escape room. I question this as I had asked on the phone and they said it was fine for his brother to go. The manager instantly gets irate and said it’s written all over the website and no and if you (me) can’t go in there is no party. I have PTSD & anxiety and can’t go into spaces like that and explain I’ll have a panic attack. The manager rolls her eyes. I start to panic at the thought of my sons birthday being ruined and walk away from the counter in a panic to call someone anyone to come in and help save my sons bday. A friend comes down and agrees to come in with the kids. When he arrives he is also greeted by the manager who rolls her eyes at him and is condescending and rude.
Part way through he comes out and asks for water for the kids. The manager storms over and says if he isn’t in the room with the kids she will pull them out and end the party.
During this time I scan the website and there is NO WORDING about a mandatory adult anywhere written on the site. I mention this to the staff member and she starts in aggressively about how it is and gets the manager again. More eyes rolls and attitude.
The party cost nearly $400. The treatment we received was awful. I would never recommend this place. Ever. Save your sanity and go to any other escape room. I have included. Screen shot of the party description on their website.
