点评:Lovely venue. It is great that it has a sloping floor and sufficient seating. It is a really nice place to attend a gig. However, there is one very important thing that I must point out. The facility for Disabled Access is sub-standard and not acceptable. I am disabled with an 'invisible illness'. The fact that I had to head to the front of a queue, in order to be let in first, due to my inability to stand for very long and requiring seating once inside, seemed to incite extreme hostility from those in the main queue.....which continued once inside!!! Interestingly, another disabled person 'pushed in front' (which is totally fine by the way), as they, too, did not realise that I was standing there for this reason. They apologised when they realised but said that, on two previous occasions at this venue, they were told to go to the very back of the queue, despite them having the Disabled Access cards, which is why they were keen to get to the front on this occasion. I think that the venue needs to block off a place for people with Disabled Access cards, or let them in via another door because it is absolutely not acceptable for us to be spoken to in such a negative way by other customers. The venue needs to protect those who have been awarded this card and, at the moment, it is failing to do so. All I wanted was a seat, otherwise I would not have been able to go. Come on Picturedrome. Up your game.
