点评:DONT GO IF DISABLED.
Unfortunately I wasn't aware of how many steps my mum would have to walk up. Greeted by a man saying "have you emailed" unaware what he was talking about he just said" oooh you had better wait there then" seating us in the bar area. A fair few people in there so got talking and we then understood the venue was standing with a few seats ....upstairs...
We were all then let in to go find a seat....
1st "balcony" was around 6 steps, didn't get up there as people coming down saying all reserved. Then followed the crowd where the seating area was up around 8 steps then the toilet then another 6 steps. NO LIFT unfortunately. My poor mum did manage with alit of difficulty and very patient people coming up the stairs. Seats at the very back we couldn't see but wish we had sat there as the "bench" seating was so uncomfortable after going down a few more steps to get to.
Very disappointing as the venue is beautiful and Leo Sayer was phenomenal. But never again will I be able to take my mum due to lack of disabled access and due care and attention from the venue. Shame on you Picturedrome for not being an inclusive venue
