点评：The Disabled access protocol is NEVER FOLLOWED, Last night was a total farse, The metal gate was blocking the passage to the door, disabled people COULD NOT GET ANYWHERE NEAR, Nobody would stand aside to let us through, and became aggressive & intimidating. I found it so stressful .By the time i was allowed in, the majority of seating had gone, SO MUCH FOR PRIORITY ACCESS FOR DISABLED,IT JUST DOES NOT HAPPEN,WHEN OH WHEN WILL YOU GET A GRIP ON THIS SITUATION ? WHY WAS THAT GATE UP LAST NIGHT ? There is 2 entrances why can one not be designated specifically for disabled access?, for only people who are on the list . to get seated before the general public comes in, as is supposed to happen , but NEVER, NEVER DOES, i truly love the picturedrome and enjoy the concerts there, Apart from the overly aggressive security women, who is so rude and abrupt, the staff are lovely, I Really want the disabled situation sorting, as i look forward to each and every concert, and have several lined up, but just can not face another situation like last night, It was nothing short of horrendous. and should not be happening, If disabled were considered properly PLEASE SORT THIS OUT, It is such a shame as we love coming here normally, but FRIDAY 28TH WAS NOTHING SHORT OF A NIGHTMARE,
翻译：残疾人通道协议从未得到遵守！昨晚简直是一场闹剧。金属栅栏挡住了通往门口的通道，残疾人根本无法靠近。没有人愿意让路，反而变得咄咄逼人、恐吓恐吓。我感到非常焦虑。等我终于被允许进入时，大部分座位都已经满了。所谓的残疾人优先通道，根本就是个笑话！你们到底什么时候才能解决这个问题？昨晚为什么会有那道栅栏？明明有两个入口，为什么不能专门设置一个残疾人通道，只供名单上的残疾人使用？理应在公众入场前安排座位，但从未实现过。我真的很喜欢Picturedrome，也很喜欢在那里看演唱会。除了那位态度过激、粗鲁无礼的女保安之外，其他工作人员都很友善。我真心希望残疾人士的入场问题能够得到解决，因为我期待着每一场演唱会，而且已经安排了好几场，但我实在无法承受像昨晚那样的情况再次发生。昨晚简直糟透了，根本不应该发生。如果残疾人士的需求得到妥善处理，请务必解决这个问题。我们平时很喜欢来这里，但28号星期五那天简直就是一场噩梦，真是太遗憾了。
