Amazing trip to Kyrgyzstan
Visit Alay的点评
点评：My group of 6 had a amazing experience in Kyrgyzstan led by Azamat.
Planning: It was easy to communicate with the VisitAlay team via WhatsApp to get quotations and make adjustments to the itinerary. The team is very responsive although it'd be helpful if they can also proactively share more information about the tour such as packing list, suggested items to bring etc.
We had to made changes on very short notice due to some emergency but they were able to accommodate our requests and checked in daily to make sure we are alright. Communication between VisitAlay's office and the guide can be better in communicating the changes but overall, it worked out smoothly.
Transport: With a group of 6, we had a very comfortable mini bus that brings us around the country. The driver made sure we get to the next site on time and more importantly, safely. He also took pride in his vehicle, cleaning it daily after we arrived at the accommodations. We didn't realized that there is air-condition/AC in the vehicle until day 3 so it'd be nice if the air-con was turned on proactively, especially in the summer heat
Accommodations: We opted for 4 nights at yurt camps for the full experience and they are much more comfortable than expected. The camps selected by VisitAlay were generally well maintained and we had a pleasant stay.
Food: The local food typically comprises of grains and meats. Lunch was at our own expenses and Azamat the guide would bring us to good lunch spots. Just take note that options might be very limited in the countryside "restaurants"
Guide: Azamat is a very wonderful guide and he made sure that my friends and I are well taken care off. He is very knowledgably and shared stories, information about the country which added more colours to our experience. He is proactive in helping us optimize the itinerary for the day and made sure we enjoyed ourselves.
