点评：We just finished an incredible 17-day tour with Mr. Kapila, and he was absolutely fantastic! Traveling with two small children (aged 2 and 8 months) could have been stressful, but Kapila made it wonderful.
Safety & Driving: This was our top priority, and Kapila is a truly excellent and careful driver. We felt 100% safe with him at all times.
Planning & Service: His communication (in very good English) was brilliant even before we arrived. He helped us plan the perfect itinerary, select hotels, and even ensured we had a car that could comfortably fit both children's car seats—all his recommendations were excellent.
During the Trip:
He organized great local guides and an excellent safari for us.
He was always perfectly on time, and the car was always immaculate.
Whenever we needed an unplanned stop on long drives, he knew exactly where to go.
He is so helpful, kind, and patient (answering our many questions!).
The children loved him, and because of his professionalism and warmth, my wife and I had a genuinely wonderful and relaxing holiday. Thank you so much, Kapila! We highly recommend him to any travelers, especially families.
