点评:It may be a coincidence but since Lewis and Richard have been replaced with two other managers this place has declined badly. It's freezing cold in there, I have seen people in wooly hats, and even some people taking in hot water bottles. I'm sure the new managers are adjusting to a new club but this needs sorting. Bingo packages have been changed and far too complicated on the max boards now - majority of people are not tech savvy so this is very difficult to navigate (and the queue's at book sales show this as they have to rely on a staff member to purchase the packages for them (even though there are loads of people standing in the queue) prize money has been reduced since the management change even though attending numbers are still on par. I will say Richard and Lewis the previous managers did graft and also help out booksales, and with an customer queries. The managers now rarely work on the busy evenings, and when they are there they seem to point and delegate rather than get stuck in. I also heard one manager tell a staff member off in front of customers (not very professional)
