点评:Absolutely disgusted how my grandson was treated today, he has autism & hearing loss, my daughter booked up online for 4 children, when they arrived my grandson was measured he was slightly over by 1 inch, a refund was requested as they obviously wasn’t aware of this, but was refused, so due to the other three children they had to go in, but they still wouldn’t let my grandson play, which caused a melt down, then another meltdown while he had to watch others play, then he decided to run into play area so staff came over to tell my daughter to remove him.
Now I fully understand rules are rules but anyone who goes to these play areas know there are several parents in the play area jumping annf going down slides or teenagers running round.
A little compassion for he’s disabilities wouldn’t have come a miss but at least a refund for him then the other three who had to leave and miss out.
I suggest you get more training for staff in customer care and Autism training so they have a better understanding , plus get them to clean the place instead of standing round gossiping, the place is filthy 😡

我建议你们加强员工的客户服务和自闭症相关培训,让他们更好地了解情况,另外,让他们打扫一下地方,别光站着闲聊,这里太脏了😡
