点评：Life-changing sounds dramatic BUT...three nights here has quite literally changed my life. It has had such a profound effect on me; I was washed out, exhausted and living on caffeine and empty calories, just trying to get by each day with what I thought were the usual aches and pains and lack of energy of being a woman, going through the menopause in her mid-fifties. I feel 20 years younger, I have a spring in my step and a clearer, positive outlook. I have started horse riding again, I have started walking again, I am sleeping better, my skin and complexion is so much improved, everything is better. Helena taught me so much in such a short amount of time, things that, as a Mum and a business woman, you would've thought I knew, but her knowledge is simply incredible, her care and love when you're there is immeasurable and the cost pales into significance when balanced with the profound benefits.
