点评：Don Leon welcomed us on his coffee farm and sat down in his rocking chair to start explaining his life story to conclude with how it lead to him ending up realising his dream with his coffee plantation. Gripping, engaging and very informative… we enjoyed a cup of coffee, one of the best we have tasted in Colombia and of course from the farm, and then walked the farm. Don Leon explained about all the different fruits growing on his farm, his coffee plants and the whole process between picking the beans, washing, selecting, drying, and roasting. We got to see the roasting process and enjoyed a delicious home cooked lunch overlooking the valley.
Spending the night is a fantastic way of taking in the spectacular sunset behind the distant mountains and to wake up with the birds which are numerous, colorful and great to observe.
Warmly recommend this coffee tour as it really gives back to the workers on the farm, is run by the kindest people, is truly authentic and set in the most beautiful location!
