点评:It saddens me to think that of all the places I shop and DONATE to that I should be made to feel so terribly. It's not the entire establishment; for I know what good this non-profit does for the community. It's why I specifically donate to this WM, FL location. All it takes is one... just one person who thinks they have the right to downsize customer service to the point they shew away those of us at his/his will. I have been lied to on the phone & immediately hung up on and today I was lied to, exempted from receiving loyalty points for my purchase. Now if I was the LEAST bit disrespectful or in anyway I had asked for this... I would be excepting of his poor behavior. But the fact is I was VERY nice as I typically am. (Ask anyone who knows me). Maybe it was the fact I asked if the item of clothing I selected was in deed on discount. Maybe he poor-shamed me? I don't know. I am a disabled senior on a very low income. (It's why I shop thrift and discounts all I can). All I know is I didn't deserve his awful treatment. CARLOS... if you are reading this, SHAME ON YOU! You are in the wrong business.
