点评：We had the most incredible experience at Oxygen Activeplay Rayleigh for Piper and Phoenix’s birthday party, and it was all thanks to Hannah!
From the moment we arrived, Hannah was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, warm, and welcoming, instantly putting everyone at ease. She was incredibly attentive throughout the entire party, making sure everything ran smoothly and that all the children were safe, happy, and having the best time. She was fantastic with the kids — patient, energetic, and completely in control in the loveliest way.
Nothing was ever too much to ask. Whether it was small requests, last-minute questions, or making sure every little detail was just right, Hannah handled it all with such professionalism and a smile.
As a very anxious mum, I can honestly say she was a lifesaver. She completely calmed me down and reassured me throughout, allowing me to actually relax and enjoy Piper and Phoenix’s special day. Her professionalism and confidence shone through from start to finish.
