点评:The customor service was really great, the people at the office were attentive and good with their communication to help my friends and i with questions and finding the charter. HOWEVER it wasn't a pleasant experience because of the two fishermen in charge. They were rude, they started yelling at my friends and I whenever we did little mistake with fishing (we have no experience with deep sea fishing and asked for guidance) and when my partner had to use the bathroom they didn't let him know that they are going to move locations, which caused him to be seasick while he was doing his business in the toilet he couldn't move and control his seasickness, they started yelling at him and threatening him that we will go back to shore if he doesn't get out (he was on the verge of fainting so that was beyond his control) . Their interaction was disgusting and they had zero manners...makes me sick. to top it off, they were more interested in catching their own fish more than helping everybody. I like employees to enjoy themselves as well and I have worked in the customer service industry so I know what looks right and what is unacceptable, this was a pure example of what you SOULD NOT Do. Very disappointed and repulsed...never doing deep sea fishing with this company again
