点评：We had an absolutely gorgeous afternoon at Te Motu. This place has such a calm, rustic charm — feels like you’ve stumbled across one of Waiheke’s best-kept secrets.
The food was next level. Every dish was fresh, elegant and packed with flavour. The lamb shoulder was melt-in-your-mouth good and honestly one of the best things I’ve eaten in ages.
The wine was unreal. Their reds are outstanding — rich, smooth and beautifully aged. The staff were awesome too, super passionate about the wines, and the owner even gave us a bit of a history lesson about the vineyard while we tasted. Loved it.
Service was laid-back but spot on. We wandered through the vines with a glass in hand, taking in the views of the Onetangi valley. Just magic.
Can’t recommend it enough. Definitely book ahead — it’s popular for good reason. An absolute must if you’re on Waiheke and into good food, good wine and a super chilled vibe.
