Overcrowded and Claustrophobic

点评：It used to be a great centre locally to take the kids on a rainy day. However some changes have been made to the set where the toddler area has been removed to expand the nursery next door.
A lot of floorspace has been has lost but the same amount of tables have been crammed in. It makes it nigh on impossible to get up and down to the play area and with the stage now being at the very back of the room, the kids struggle to get up to see the characters.
The new set up feels over crowded and claustrophobic and at £10 per child (play only) and £1 per adult just doesnt feel worth the money anymore.
Additionally the queues for food and drinks are long and slow and again, the queue and its close proximity to the tables makes it difficult to access and egress the play area. Heaven forbid you had to get to your child quickly, it just would be impossible, especially on a busy day.
