点评：If you love nature, a bird watcher, a photographer, a hiker then you cannot ignore this beautiful corner of the East Sussex Coast. Set your google maps to BN25 4AR and it will guide you to the Barn Parking area at Seaford Head Nature Reserve. When you arrive find parking and grab your kit, a bottle of water and comfortable shoes and make your way down toward the Cottages. You cannot get lost but do be careful of the cliff edges as they are fragile. As you walk down the path over the cattle grid and pass the fields on the left do keep an eye out for birds such as Stonechat, Robin and Blackbird, maybe a few more migratory birds as well. As the Cottages come into view you will see the Seven Sisters chalk cliffs and sea as its backdrop. If its a clear day you might see the Belle toute lighthouse in the distance! Get out your camera or phone and take photos, they will always delight. Walk around the bushes in front of you keeping to the left, pass the blockhouse, a legacy of the war and head toward the Cuckmere river and take in its beauty. The kids can play on the beach while you relax in this beautiful place.
