Beautiful low key beach

点评：This tranquil beach was just a 10 minute walk from our vacation rental and we loved spending hours here. First, let's get it said, there was a lot of trash washed ashore at the high tide line, but consider that this is the case all over the world where large hotels and resorts aren't paying to bulldoze it away. If you don't like it do something to reduce your plastic usage and attend a beach clean up (and remove a bag of trash while you are here)! Otherwise, this beach was a little sliver of paradise. Warm Pacific water, fine sand (darker brown), a great little "soda" selling the coldest beer I had the entire time I was in Costa Rica, and even a few concrete picnic tables in the shade. There are no vendors, no chair rentals, no frills, but there are also no crowds. Bring a blanket, plenty of sunscreen, and maybe some chairs for a chill day. We found little sea creatures here and there, collected shells and seeds (which we laid out on a log), laughed at a local pup as he dug up and chased crabs, and just generally had a beautiful time here. I'm sure you will too.
