点评:1. When we were 20 mins away we called the guy was still 45 mins late. A guy who works at the car park asked what company we were waiting for and upon telling him he forewarned us that most people call once and get through and have trouble getting any updates or responses. Sure enough we called once & we spoke to someone who abruptly hung up we called 14 times after before someone answered again to say he’s on his way.
2. The person collecting the car was extremely rude and late. By the time we left the car we barely made our flight, it was already boarding.
3. We signed nothing when the keys were given over. No check list of items in the car no pictures taken nothing. The driver wasnt in uniform he could of been anybody & acted very unprofessional.
4. We called as soon as we landed only to find the car in a disgusting condition. I assume it was as parked under a tree near birds that have messed up the entire car (Pictures attached)
5. They left the car keys near the tyre this wasnt communicated prior & is not professional at all. The car was not secured.
Lastly we took a picture of the mileage which went down significantly. The car was driven and left in sports mode there was no valid reason for that and makes it seems as if the driver took the car on a little spin

最后,我们拍了一张里程表的照片,里程表明显下降了。车子开着开着就停在运动模式,没有任何正当理由,看起来像是司机开着车兜风了。
